Meghan Markle allegedly got into a heated argument with her mom, Doria Ragland over the phone.
According to Life & Style, the Duchess of Sussex wasn’t pleased with her mom’s suggestion that she should relocate close to her home in Hollywood.
Since they relocated to Los Angeles, Prince Harry and Markle have been residing close to Malibu. However, they are just renting out a house there. As of late, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex still haven’t purchased their own home.
“She [Doria] keeps sending Meghan photos of stunning properties close to her place, which is by Hollywood. Doria would love to be within walking distance of Archie, especially as she knows she’ll be helping with babysitting duties once things get back to normal,” the source said.
However, the “Suits” alum has also grown to love the privacy of Malibu and she’s happy to be living there.
The source claimed that Ragland’s suggestions led to friction between her and her daughter.
During a heated phone call between Ragland and Markle, the latter allegedly snapped at her mom for interfering and telling her what to do. The two women stopped talking for a few days but when things cooled down, Prince Harry’s wife realized that her mom was just trying to help.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Markle just announced their new charity, Archewell. As of late, the official launch still hasn’t been confirmed.
However, a source told the tabloid that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking for funds to support their charity. Unfortunately, their A-lister friends are also struggling due to the coronavirus pandemic and are unable to help.
Rumors about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex struggling with their finances have been rife throughout the past couple of months. However, it is unlikely for the couple to be having problems with their money.
Even though the Sussexes are no longer receiving financial support from the royal family, Prince Charles has reportedly vowed to help shoulder some of their expenses.
If Prince Harry and Markle are having some financial problems, it is likely for them to change their lifestyle. However, the royal couple is renting out a $10 million property in Malibu. They are also shouldering the hefty cost of their security team.
