The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have given fans a glimpse into their new home during a video call.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who celebrate their second wedding anniversary on May 19, surprised a group of people by dialling into their virtual staff meeting.
The moment was captured on camera and shared by one worker, Ricky Neal, on Instagram. He wrote: "It's not every day that Meghan and Harry jump into your staff meeting & champion the work you do! Blessed to still be working during these crazy times! #quarantineselfie."
Neal works as a Crisis Counsellor Coach at Crisis Text Line, a nonprofit 24/7 mental health service. The organisation operates in the US, where the Duke and Duchess are now based with their son Archie, one.
In the video, Meghan and Harry are shown sitting next to each other with two large black lamps in the background. A large painting can also be seen behind them, as well as wooden panels on the walls.
The couple are currently living in a £15million (AUD $23million) Los Angeles mansion belonging to actor Tyler Perry. Security screens have been installed around the property, located in the Beverly Ridge Estate, since the royals moved in.
The home also features 14 security cameras and is located next to recently reopened hiking tracks, where the couple will be able to walk their dogs – a black Labrador and Meghan's rescue Beagle, Guy.
A source has told the publication Gimme Shelter the Sussexes are now actively looking to purchase a home of their own.
"They are quietly looking at mansions in the $15 million to $20 million range that are both beautiful and secluded, offering the privacy they need," the source said.
The areas Harry and Meghan are said to be interested in include Malibu, Beverly Hills and Brentwood. It is understood they may be working with celebrity property broker Josh Altman of TV show Million Dollar Listing, although when approached by Gimme Shelter to comment on this, he declined.
The publication reported one of the homes the royals are interested in is located in Beverly Hills and isn't even on the market. It is described as a modern home with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms including an infinity pool and impressive views of downtown Los Angeles.
According to Realtor.com the home previously sold for $38 million.
Another home the couple are said to be interested in is located in Brentwood and is also off the market. It is located behind a gated community and includes discreet hedges, which could serve to protect them from paparazzi. It includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a theatre with stadium seating, a pool and a spa.
