‘Ghost of Tsushima,’ ‘Destroy All Humans’ and all biggest July game releases

Despite the challenges that the pandemic presents, gaming companies are still working hard to release their titles on time. June has been a big month for releases, but July game releases are not one to be outdone.

There are many big July game releases that players should be keeping an eye on. These games will keep them company for hours on end. Here are the best releases for next month so far.

‘The Wonderful 101 Remastered’ – July 3

The Wonderful 101 is one of the best titles on the Wii U. Now, players have the chance to play it when it launches for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Switch on July 3. In the game, players take control of a mob of superheroes as they try to save the day from various threats.

‘Catherine: Full Body’ – July 7

Catherine: Full Body is an amazing puzzle/platformer from Atlus, the developers of Persona 5. The critically-acclaimed title will launch for the Switch this July 7, and it’s the complete package along with new story elements.

‘Ghost of Tsushima’ – July 17

Ghost of Tsushima is the samurai epic that we have all been waiting for, and it’s arguably the biggest July game release. Developed by SuckerPunch, Ghost of Tsushima launches this July 17 for the PlayStation 4.

The game follows Jin, a samurai in a warring period in the isle of Tsushima. Players get to assume the role of a samurai and the ‘ghost’ of Tsushima. The game features a vast open-world to explore, amazing combat mechanics, and new features that will set the bar for the genre.

‘Paper Mario: The Origami King’ – July 17

Paper Mario: The Origami King was announced as a surprise last month. It was even surprising to know that the game will launch only a month after. It will launch exclusively for the Switch, and it brings some new features to the franchise.

From the look of things, the game will once again be a turn-based RPG. This time, however, folding will play a huge part in the game.

‘Destroy All Humans’ – July 28

The classic on the PlayStation 2 is going to be remastered for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Destroy All Humans puts players in the shoes of Krypto, the alien as he ravages earth for brains and DNA to save his planet.

These are the biggest July game releases that players should be excited about. There are many other titles launching this month, so players should keep a close eye on them.
