Kate Middleton is, allegedly, suffering from insomnia and anxiety after she was given more royal duties post-Megxit.
According to Life & Style, the friends of Kate Middleton have become increasingly concerned about her condition. An unnamed source also claimed that Middleton's appearance changed after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle quit The Firm. However, no concrete pieces of evidence can confirm that these hearsays are correct as of this writing.
"She feels like she's trapped in a vicious cycle. She's so on edge and tense, she can't sleep at night, and then her insomnia increases her anxiety. She's never been so stressed out in her life. Kate is really struggling," the unnamed source said, as per Life & Style.
Is Kate Middleton struggling to hide her eye bags under her makeup?
The insider also claimed that those who video chatted with Prince William's wife were shocked to see how much her appearance has changed. The Duchess of Cambridge allegedly looks frail and she also has dark bags under her eyes even though she tries to cover them up with makeup.
According to the unnamed source, Middleton is not also pleased with how Prince Harry and Markle are enjoying their new life in Los Angeles while she's back home tending to more royal duties.
"Seeing photos of Meghan looking happy with Harry out and about near their $18 million LA mansion rubs salt in the wound. Kate feels like she's been left with Meghan's work as well as her own, and Meghan has never even apologized. It's selfish," the source claimed.
Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle alleged feud
A similar storyline about Kate Middleton and Markle was published by Tatler recently. A source told the publication that the future queen consort thinks Markle and Prince Harry are selfish for quitting.
The sisters-in-law also allegedly got into a fight at Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress fitting two years ago. The insider claimed that Middleton wanted Markle's bridesmaids to wear tights at the latter's wedding, but the Duchess of Sussex refused.
However, a spokesperson for Kensington Palace immediately debunked the publication's claims. They said that the article on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge contains a swathe of inaccuracies.
As such, one should also take the claims made by Life & Style with a grain of salt. Even though the spokesperson hasn't released a statement about the dubious article, their previous account revealed that Middleton never thought Prince Harry and Markle are selfish for quitting.
Last month, royal author Katie Nicholl told OK! Magazine that it is possible for Kate Middleton and Prince William to call Prince Harry and Markle on Archie's birthday. However, it is unclear if this phone call ever took place.
