Meghan Markle's former personal trainer has revealed what life was really like working for the Duchess of Sussex.
Jorge Blanco lives in Toronto, Canada, and worked with Prince Harry's future wife while she was based in the city filming the hit legal drama Suits.
He trained Meghan in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing, and said he enjoyed working with the royal because she was "sympathetic".
Jorge, originally from Zaragoza in Spain, said the pair would regularly speak in Spanish to each other, but said Meghan spoke with an Argentinian accent.
Before becoming an actress, Meghan worked as a junior press officer at the US Embassy in Buenos Aires aged just 20.
Speaking to Spanish Vanity Fair, Jorge said: "I trained Meghan when she was in Toronto during the filming of the Suits series.
"We did a little bit of martial arts, a little bit of boxing and sometimes kickboxing."
He went on: "I had a great time training with her because she is super sympathetic and also speaks Spanish with an Argentinian accent."
Jorge, who is a trained lawyer like Meghan's character Rachel Zane in Suits, is known as "Spaniard" to his clients, who have included actor Chris Hemsworth, Robert Pattinson, and Canadian rap superstar, Drake.
He added he would love to train Meghan again, and even invited Harry to join her.
The Duchess of Sussex is well known for having a love for fitness, and has spoken in the past about her love for pilates and yoga.
In 2015, Meghan told Women's Health in Canada yoga was "in her blood".
She added: "There are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga... increased flexibility and muscle strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax, decreased anxiety and better sleep."
Meghan also said Lagree - known as Power Pilates - is "hands down the best thing you can do for your body".
Craig McNamee, who also trained Meghan in Toronto, revealed the Duchess would take 45-minute sessions three to four times a week, starting with a cardio warm-up, moving on to stretching following by a circuit concentrating on her posture "since she was on-screen".
Speaking to Women's Health, he said he made sure Meghan focused on exercises which worked her glutes, back and hamstrings, as well as core workouts focusing on the abs, back, obliques, and pelvic floor.
A new biography of Meghan and Harry, Finding Freedom, is set to shed some light on Meghan's life as a royal.
It comes after insiders claimed Harry "doesn't have friends" in LA and "misses his UK pals".
